Hey you really need to call apples this at the Purdue desk and see if they can 
help you walk through this to solve your problem is they're really good at 
helping you solve problems or if you're lucky enough to have an Apple store 
close by and take your iPad in there so are great people know their stuff so 
good luck on it I had problems updating my iPad this last update and I think 
it's really screwy is a lot of bugs in it so not happy with doing the
