Hi Richard, I just went through all of the settings in the 6S plus, and found no reference to any off line dictation.

And, I prefer the size of the 5s, so when I need to get a new phone one day, the iPhone SE or whatever it is called by then, will be my choice. Who knows, maybe that feature is available in the SE since it has most of the 6s components?
