I’m sure you are not being ignored intentionally. I have had questions that 
didn’t get answered the first time and I put them up again. At the time of an 
update to IOS or an Apple event, this list gets very busy and its very 
difficult to read every post. In those occasions, people tend to read the 
popular threads and jump over a lot of stuff. After all, nobody really has the 
time to read 300 messages in one day so a lot of stuff gets skipped.

 

Make sure you make your subject line very descriptive of what your question 
really is. Re-post your questions and I sincerely hope one of us will catch 
them and give you the best answer we can.

Kelby, I have had questions that didn't get an answer too, but it may be that 
no answer is known to the question or perhaps my question was not clear. I 
usually try again. This group has a lot of awesome people, and I am certain 
they are not slighting you. I ask some of the stupidest questions because I am 
not, and I mean not, a techie. However, sometimes it is a full answer and 
sometimes I am led to a podcast or article, but usually I am helped in some 
way. I am sorry you have had problems.
