I am a very happy Windows user, but I don't think it would matter all that much since I receive my faxes as emails with PDF attachments and mostly send by attaching files to an email sent to the Myfax server. You can also log in to the Myfax.com website and look at your Inbox of faxes there and send faxes from there, but I find the email method faster and easier. Myfax, by the way, was recently bought by eFax which was another large online Fax service. There are, however, no differences as far as I can tell except the the website looks a bit differently and they released a new iPhone app.
