I have been having an intermittent problem when using cellular data rather than WIFI. I have an IPhone 6 runnning IOS 9.31. Without touching the screen focus will randomly change. Sometimes a random button or link is activated. I have cleaned the screen so that shouldn’t be a problem. Any ideas?
