I realize that some on this list my strongly disagree with me, but I suggest 
you do a hard reboot of your iPhone. You do this by pushing down the home 
button and the power button at the same time. This will shut the phone down 
completely, allowing for complete reboot and Reinitiation of various aspects of 
the iOS software. I have done this several times since migrating to nine point 
whatever iOS. Hopefully this will help.
