hi Terry, Just an idea: open the app switcher and close all apps. some apps are memory hoogs, four example, the KNFB reader is one. when I use this app, on my six running 9.3, I always make sure that I've closed it via the app switcher when I have finished with it. once you know that you have all apps closed, do a reset network settings, but be sure that you know the password for your wireless router first.
