Stanza for PC can do the trick. I haven't tried batch conversion with it, so can't really say.

HI all. I'm wondering if there is a simple utility to convert files from various formats such as xml and MS Word into ePub for reading in iBooks? I have a mac, but would like to do the conversion process on my PC if I can. I know about Robobraille, but am looking for a software solution that may also allow me to do batch conversion if possible. Thanks in advance for any help!
