If you take three fingers and tap the phone four times, it will copy what the last thing VoiceOver said and put it in the pasteboard. That is the easiest way to copy things in my humble opinion. There is another way of doing it with the new text selection commands. That first has to be in your rotor though. Please let me know if you want further explanation on these commands. I'm sorry I don't have a printer that I can answer your second question.
