Another way I have copied Facebook post sometimes is by using the label gesture. Once on the post you want to copy, just do a two finger double tap and wait for the pop up screen. You are in an edit field. Make sure the edit field is activated and in editting mode, then go to edit on the rotor, double tap on select all, then go to edit on the rotor again and double tap copy. This will copy everything to the clipboard. Since this puts the entire post in an edit field, then if you wanted, you could also use the new text selection feature on the rotor to just select the part of the post you wanted. To exit the pop up screen, just swipe to cancel and double tap.
I sometimes use the change label name feature to copy things that you might traditionally not have a way to copy, even though it was not actually meant to be used in that manner. It is a handy little tool!
