Glad to hear it. Had you tried to reboot your phone with the case on? Just

Thanks all for your responses. SoonerAnnie, I tried your suggestions and took 
my phone out of the smart case, rebooted it, and put it back in. I haven't had 
any issues charging it since then. I have gotten little paranoid each morning 
though and have gone into the today screen to see the battery statuses after 
taking the phone off the charger. All appears to be back to normal.
