I love the fact that you can just type a sentence in Fantastical and it will add the whole event in there. I can type something like, Doctor Harmoney on Friday at 4 PM There are many other examples, but that is one that I use a lot. Like Chris said, you can also put an appointment in Calendar with Siri and it will be addedto Fantastivcal. Hope this helps.
