Hello everybody, I have a question regarding Netflix, and audio description. I am not sure if this question, or answer, may go further than just Netflix.
Ok, I have Netflix on my IPhone 5S, and on my 3rd generation Apple TV. A few weeks ago, I was watching the show Fuller House, on my phone. The episode did have audio description. I started to watch episode 2, but had to stop in the middle of it. When I decided to go back and watch it, I decided to watch it on the tv. The show had to start all over again, but I really did not mind this. But I realized there was no audio description this time. I checked in my settings, and it is set to play the audio described shows. So what is possibly going wrong? Or what should I do, to get this to work? Also, how can I tell if something on Netflix is described? Or any show on any network, for that matter? Thank you for any help.
