Try holding down the Home button for 15 seconds. This is the button along the 
top edge of the device, near the border of the flat edge. It's the button on 
the right when looking from the front flat edge. That may help reconnect to 
your WiFi. Keith

just got the vac connected to wifi today  and it started cleaning the house. At 
first it was a little confused having difficulty with the dining room table and 
finally ran out of juice and went back to its charger.

However surprisingly it is now vacuuming again and vacuuming in different parts 
of the house that it missed before.

One problem I have is that the vacuum is now off-line and I don't think there's 
anyway for us to get it back online until we have cited help we purchased it in 
Canada at baths and beyond for around $899 which was $100 cheaper than Amazon
