marie,

I am just guessing here, but might it be your wifi? In the documentation, it
says that your router needs to use the 2. something and not 5. something. If
your sister set it up and then you continued with the process, the problem
would not have become evident until the Bot tried to connect. I did always say
that the connection to the wifi was not accessible to us. If it is your router,
I think, and I may be wrong, that you can change the settings on the router. If
you use the app and go to "help" in the app, the frequently asked questions
deals with router issues. If it is a router issue, it is not one of
accessibility, but one that affects all!

Remember, for a basic house clean, I.E., do all of one floor, you can just
press the button to the right of the handle, with the straight edge nearest to
you, you may hear a musical sound, then, if nothing happens, press it again,
and the Bot should begin its work.

I am sorry you are experiencing these frustrations, but, so long as you can
sort out your router issues, if that is the problem, you should be happy.
However, I have to say this: there is a settling in period. You may, for
example, find that the Bot gets stuck a lot at the beginning, this is because,
all of these Bots need the right environment. So, where they get stuck, you
deal with the problem, they are smart, but you are smarter!!

Good luck and keep us posted.

Sandy.
