It is an ongoing problem that Apple has not bothered addressing. Just another 
example of a situation where an essential function of the iPhone is rendered 
very difficult to use. Try adding two or more calls and see how sluggish VO 
gets. Quite pathetic.

system I'm setting up and voice over started stuttering really bad. I was able 
to fix this by turning it off and back on again. Is this a problem with the 
phone app where it uses a lot of resources? Or does this have something to do 
with the recent update we got yesterday? I receive calls, but don't really make 
all that many since most of my communication is through Voxer.
