Nobody who has an iPad has confirmed whether the screen is like on the iPhone
if you hold it in portrait mode. When I used my Mom's iPad 2 I seem to remember
that this is so, but I'm not 100% sure.
Can somebody either confirm this or tell me I'm full of it? *smile*

Sieghard

I totaly understand.

But like we can change other settings, in the accessability section. I don't
think, it would have hurt them, to give us that choice.

But no worries, that's the way it is.

cheers,

Dave.

Apple did it that way because they had enough room to do it that way, and it
makes a lot of sense for sighted people. There is all that real estate there.
Why just have all that vacant space and just a little bit of info? It makes no
sense from AUI point especially if you can see.
