I experienced this problem about a week ago when I wanted to send something to a friend. I don't remember what I did, I think the turn Voice Over off and tapped what I hoped was the button. After I got it to work to send the item to her, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to switch it back to my address, but that seemed to work as usual. I have not had any problems since, I ordered something earlier today with no problems.
