Terri, Any subscriptions you purchased ooriginally through iTunes and which are renewed/billed at whatever time interval (monthly, quarterly, annually etc.) will work as long as your card information in iTunes is up-to-date or if you have sufficient iTunes credit. You only have to update payment information for any services directly if you signed up for them outside of iTunes on the service's own website, Netflix would be one example, I don't think you ccann buy a Netflix subscription via iTunes, it has tto bee in place before you use aa Netflix app on your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV and all you have to do too access the subscription is to sign in. Audible is another example, if you have an Audible Gold or Platinum membership you will have to login too Audible.com and update your payment information directly.

And I re-tried with a few different codes also. So this morning, I thought, why not go through the Ipad, and do the update. That worked perfectly. Also, when I went to change my info with Hulu, from the website, it said to update the information through ITunes. However, I updated Netflix through it's website. I went to the tune-in website, and had no luck with it. I couldn't even figure out where to sign in there. So I am really hoping this will update through Itunes as well. Thank you to those who tried to help me. I do appreciate it. Terri On 9/7/2016 1:21 PM, Flor Lynch wrote: > Are you sure that all your other important details were input > correctly?
