Hi! Better battery time and better cammera it is, but we heard this. There's also some kind of split screen when using the phone in landscape view similar to iPad. Besides this I'm not sure will the Seven have something more. I'm using 6S Plus and talking from its perspective. If you have some vision left Plus model is a must have but if you're completely sightless than it is up to you do you need these extras or not.
