Hi, Just to confirm – the key sequence described will download the apps from the store to the PC or Mac, and then the apps will automatically be transferred from the PC or Mac when doing the restore. This is how I read this, but I just want to make sure I’m understanding it correctly.

Hi, The way I think it works is that if you set iTunes to download all your apps, they will be copied from iTunes when you restore from a backup. If you don't, they are downloaded from Apple's servers.
