Hi guys. I think whatever it was that wasn't letting you search in the App
Store for Microsoft Outlook is fixed. I just looked for it last night and it
gave me what I needed. Awesome app. I think I may use that for emailing on my
phone.

Hi Mary, welcome. I reported this in the beta groups, not one single could
reproduce my iPad air's experience, in a way, I'm glad there's someone here,
that can actually reproduce. So I gave up on using mail on the iPad, entirely.

Hi Anna,
That does not work on my iPad mini. On my mini, when I do a two finger flick
up, I get all the stuff at the top read before the message text. That is new
with iOS 10, and it is not particularly amusing. Are you saying that you have
an iPad or a mini and that this is not happening for you? I can't imagine why.
I didn't change anything on my mini when I went to the beta.
Mary

 Hi Mary,

As with the last version, once you enter an email message, you can flick up
with two fingers to have the message read, starting with the message body. And
in threads, you can flick down to go to the next message, then flick up with
two fingers to have the message read. Using these commands, I really love
using the Mail app.

 Best,
 Anna

I guess so. I'm kind of looking for a way to put my iPad mini back to iOS 9.
It has the gold master on it. But I'm so disgusted with how mail works now
with all the crap that's right at the start of each and every message, I want
to go back to iOS
9 on that device.

 Hi Mary,

You and I must have read the same exact article but it sounds like that
article may have been mistaken since we have 10.0.1. I am planning on just
rolling with it and see what happens when the next update comes out.

Actually, the last beta was the release candidate 10.0.1, same as the release
version.
On my iPod Touch 6th gen, that I used for beta testing, I installed the
release candidate on Friday and checking for software updates tells me I am up
to date and the version numbers match.

 Richard

No if you have the 10.01, you're good. The last beta was 10.7.
If you
get anything else it will be security fixes.

That's the gold master that went out last Friday. It's the final release
unless they had to fix any last minute bugs over the weekend. So you have the
final version that everyone else got today.

 Hey all,

Ok this is weird as I have not updated my phone as I was running the beta on
my old device and it was turned off over night. I turned it on to update to
the public release which I know you have to do through iTunes when moving over
from the beta but my phone under about says it is running 10..0.1 nothing about
any beta. I read that Apple could automatically move you from the beta to the
public release but how could this happen if the phone was off, and how do I
know if 10.0.1 is a beta or the public release as it sounds like that is the
public release.  Thanks,
