to save battery. you could always try low power mode, which is located in
settings, and then battery.

Bluetooth is not on. Auto brightness is off. I'll have to check on handoff,
although I have never turned it on. Wouldn't it show up in the battery
details though if it was using lots of power? And I'm not sure about that

for accessibility purposes. And auto brightness has been turned on for the
past few updates for me. You may also want to see if handoff has been
enabled, as well as fitness tracking stuff. I've heard that those can be
battery drains, especially the fitness tracking stuff. Also, is the
paralax stuff on? If so, you can turn that off somewhere in the
accessibility settings. I can't remember where, but I think turning that
off can save some battery life, too. I hope some of this helps to solve
your battery issues. I hope this isn't a wide-spread problem.

starting when I got the beta. It seems to just be over the past few days,
and when I look for battery usage details, it seems that the mail app is
by far the biggest consumer of battery. Now that makes sense, since I do
a lot of mail on my phone. But this morning, having charge my battery up
to 100% and turn airplane mode on last night, I got up with the battery
saying 99%. Within an hour, it has dropped to 62%. That seems a bit much.
Location tracking is not on. No apps are loaded in the background. I just
basically been using the mail app.
