Thanks much, Mr. Turner, for describing rotor for me. I thought I should add languages to the rotor as we used to add different items to the rotor few versions ago.

You place two fingers on the screen like you were going to turn an old fashioned radio dial. Then, while keeping both fingers on the screen, turn your fingers like you are turning a dial and each option you hear will be what action is taken when you flick up or down with one finger. So, if you have more than one language voice set, when you turn to languages with the rotor, you can flick up or down to change voices. Etc. Actually, there's one exception to this rule. Whatever voice you said as your default, you can add one more Voice from that language to your rotor. Settings, general, accessibility, VoiceOver, Speech. The first one at the top is the default voice. Double tap on that. Then flick through until you find Tom. You will have to download it, which there is a button for. Once it is downloaded, you will be able to select it.
