voices had a sort of hissy or fuzzy quality to them. I found
that the lower quality Siri voice actually sounded better than the
high quality voice.
With IOS 10 the problem is still there and may actually be worse.
I have downloaded several of the new voices trying to find one
that sounded clearer but there doesn't seem to be one.
Am I alone in this?
