Hi! I'll try to help with some things I know and uess from your explanations. When phone is not in a call you should hear all notification sounds from the bottom side speaker with no exceptions. Some notification sounds could be heard through the earpeace but this only happens during the active call. When in the active call you have two situations. If you hold the phone vertically against your ear you will hear the conversation through earpiece but if you movethe phone away from your ear the speakerphone will automatically activate. You can prevent this by covering the front cammera with one finger, it seems like speakerphone activates when front cammera detects light. I suspect the speakerphone is active when people say they can't hear you well, it happens sometimes. The other thing you should check is Background Noise Cancelation you can find in Settings, General, Accessibility under the Hearing heading and it should be off. And finally, you can easily upgrade to iOS 10 where you can
disable automatic speakerphone feature. 24.9.2016. u 12:21, Nancy je
