Hi, this is an IOS9 thing. In IOS9 and below, if voice over is enabled, the 
phone will go on speaker phone. In IOS10, you can turn that feature off, thank 
goodness. As for people not hearing you, if I remove the case, when they tell  
me that, for me, it works then. Its a 5S, for me, though.
