All, we are eligible for the AT&T Next Plan so we’re going to do that today. I’m quite comfortable backing up the phone to iTunes. The question is, when we got our last new phones, we had difficulties when restoring the old phone’s backup to the new phone.
What steps do we take once we get the phones, and what steps do we avoid. Also just to be safe, are there any things we need to remember to do when backing up the phones? It seems that not all stuff is automatically stored, new purchases, etc. even though the computer is trusted. Is there an easy setting to check to make sure all apps are backed up as well as music.
