here you find this information in a concise and
easy to read way. From the below information it is apparent that the iPad Mini 
4 (the model released in September 2015) is the one to buy, it has the best 
chip, best camera, support for the highest bluetooth version and the most RAM 
as well as support for WiFi 802.11AC. Apple still may sell the iPad Mini 3, but 
I doubt they still officially sell the Ipad Mini 2 and definitely not the first
