Hello, I am having difficulty loving in to echo link. I entered my call and email and created a password. I am unable to log-on. I may have had this app before and that might be my problem. Is there any way to reset this app or other suggestions as to what I might do. I hope the app is good enough for the trouble. Thanks much.
