I recently did this. I had to go to the FCC website and enter my PRN and have my password reset. Then I was able to download the license and then upload it to EchoLink. I found it quicker to do the password reset and license download and upload from the computer. I didn't have much luck using my phone. After doing this, and getting the app set up, I found it very accessible and user-friendly.
