I don’t use descriptive video, so can’t answer that one. But no voiceover is not real loud unless you turn it up. Yes it comes with the siri remote. And lastly, the appleTV4 does not come with apps on it like the 3rd gen, anything you want, you have to go to app store and get. Except for music, movies, tv shows, computer, search, and app store.
