I did not have to contact NetFlix to initiate description.
No, it is a different remote, but I have heard that the old one can be used,
but I don’t know how you would use Siri if you used the old remote.
You can remove anything you don’t want, except for the native apps which are
not very many. It does not come with a bunch of preinstalled apps, you get what
you want from the app store.
I heard in one of the updates that there is now a volume control but I have not
played around with that, or even know for sure it is there.

1. Do you still have to contact Netflix to activate descriptive audio on the
Apple TV4?
2. Is the original remote still included with the device ? I actually prefer it
to using the IPhone.
Can you delete any of the services you do not want?
Is the Voiceover volume still ridiculously loud?
