What iPhone model are we talking about? I've got a 5S and I'm kind of
hessitant to update to the latest iOS (it's on iOS 9.3.5 with which it
came from factory) and also does this battery drain problem talked about
on this thread, is it general on all iOS devices from what you've guys
have seen? Will Apple hopefully issue it for iOS 10.2? because if yes,
I'll update as soon as iOS 10.2 comes out!

When you did a complete restore, was that a restore to factory settings
followed by reinstalling all your apps? That’s what I had to do to stop the
battery drain.

hi, my iPhone 6, after the latest update, is draining rather too fast! I have
made and in cryptic back up on my partners computer, windows, and I'm now
thinking to do a full reset. so, do I do it on the phone which is called eraise
iPhone, or do I do it through iTunes? then, can I reinstall all my apps and
data via that encrypt it back up?
