Huh, that's strange. Otterbox had this problem with the earlier batch of cases for the 6/6S, but I talked with a rep from Otterbox and asked about that issue, and he said that the screen protecters on the 6/6S cases were fine now. After ordering a Defender case for my 6S, I have to aggree with him; the screen protecter on my case is just fine. No gaps between the protecter and my screen, and no issues with the protecter feeling flimsy or too thin. I'd call Otterbox and ask to have a replacement case sent to you. From what I've heard from that rep I spoke with, Otterbox's warrantee is pretty awesome. It sounds like you may have gotten one of the cases from the earlier batch.
