I tried using the "support" link on the iTunes Store page and got a very unhelpful page not found. Not too good. There is a search box there where you can "ask a question". My question about VoiceOver return no results. No surprise. If anyone finds a way to actually contact them to complain about the crappy excess ability, I hope you will post the address here. Mary
