Sorry, but it sound very similar than forcing you. Through stress, through
making you tired of those announcements, and many other ways. It is forcing
you, more over if you didn't require tech support, good for you, but if you
require tech support, mandatory you have to install the last IOs, they don't
care if that IOs has millions of voice over bugs, you have to install it. So,
if it is no forcing customers, it looks very similar.
Again, I use iPhone no because I like apple policies, either because I like the
way how I have my hands tied due to the many limitations that the apple
platform has. No, I am using iPhone no because of those important things. I use
iPhone because of the accessibility. Unfortunately I am blind, but for sure if
I would be sighted, I would have an android phone. I see what my wife is able
to do using her android phone, and really it looks magic. I am no able to do
none of them because the limited apple platform.
However, it is what I have right now. No more choices for me. So I have to buy
apple.

Hello Pablo,
Thanks for that. However, I guess I wanted to prove that you can keep things
on earlier versions, and you're not forced. It's a first generation air, so
should take the update fine. Yes, I have just been keep canceling, but
everyone can do that. So I'll say it again, apple tries, but is not forcing
the updates.Sent from a BrailleNote

For three possible reasons. 1. You had to setup your iPad to avoid
downloading the IOS. It is no the default configuration, so if you don't have
the training to do this, then you will have IOs in your iPad.
2. You don't have the last IOs, so you are no able to receive tech support..
I assume that you don't have the iPad last release, so probably you don't care
about it. But if your iPad still is able to receive tech support, then apple
will decline to give you tech support.
3. You had cancelled several times the announcements saying that you have a
IOs update.
One of these is why you are running IOs 9.

Yes, apple force you tu update. If you have an iPhone new, and

hundreds of announcemnts saying that the IOs x is ready to be
install..
So, if it is no forcing, looks very similar.

Guys,
I was like all of you. So mad with apple, with the fact that
they breaks accessibility points that were working before and
stop working. I was so mad because apple force you to install
their IOs version, breaking the accessibility that we need, and
we need to wait months until we are able to use our phone like we
were doing before. Yes, I was so mad. I tried android, and I
changed my mind. Apple is better.
Android is several towns behind than IOs regarding
accessibility.

mario, call support as Pete suggested. The more people who call
the more it will be fixed. If not an option for you, please try
Android. I have heard it is pretty good, though as with Apple
there are some issues too. Please call Apple support not email,
and help list traffic by helping not complaining, please.

Hi Sieghard.
I don't have the problem at all on my iPhone 6 s but my friend
has a 7 and she does have the problem.
The problem is that the keypad disappears once the call is
connected..
It happens if she uses Siri to make the call and it also happens
if she goes in to the phone appp and selects the keypad dials the
call manually as well.
Once the call connects the keypad disappears.
She is not a good iPhoneuser yet and by the time she fines and
enables the keypad again its probably to late.
My phone does not do this at all.
Its frustrating when you need to tenter touch tones to answer
menu prompts etc.
Many people have this issue and many don't.
Apple is looking in to it but I don't think they know why it
happens for some and not others.
Thanks.

Hi Don and others,
Is this something a lot of people experience? I haven't noticed
any difference on my 6S Plus ever since I started using iOS 10, I
am not using the current 10.2 beta so unless it's a problem here,
what is exactly the issue?
When I make or receive a call I may have to tap to bring up the
keypad, but that has always been the case at times, but most of
the time the keypad is there and I actually have to hide it if I
want access to any of the other buttons.
