The charger is just the USB charger. I'll probably wait for some reviews
and for speeddots to come out with a tactile screen protector.

If they stick with past behavior, triple click the home button and it should
come up speaking.
The charger, if it is just the USB charger should work fine.
It should come with the new cable, so just plug the USB end of the cable
into the charger.
Of course, nobody will know for sure about the triple click home until they
start shipping.

generation ipod touch.
Will I be able to turn on voiceover right out of the box or will I have to
use Itunes?
