How long should one wait before using triple press of home after turning it
on?

I think its fair to assume, triple press of home will start VO on setup.
Its OS, and not hardware dependent. I couldn't see Apple taking a way that
accessibility, in less than a year, when it wouldn't effect non Voiceover
users in the least.

I'm thinking about upgrading from my 4th generation Ipod touch to the 5th
generation ipod touch.
Will I be able to turn on voiceover right out of the box or will I have to
use Itunes?
Can I still use my Apple usb charger to charge it?
