I think we're getting windows 8 confused with windows Phone 8. From what
I've read, Windows Phone 8 will have no built-in screen reader for the
visually impaired. But alas, I digress, seeing as this post is extremely off
topic for this list.

Just to add to the discussion.
Windows 8 comes with Narrator, and not Navigator as repeatedly stated
throughout this thread.
