Hello Folks,
I have never used iCloud to back up my iPhone in the past. When I tried to do
an iCloud back up today, I got this message: "This iPhone cannot be backed up
because there is not enough iCloud storage available. When I checked the
available space I Have I found that it is 4.9 GB. I turned off all items to be
backed up to the iCloud accept notes and contacts. However, I still got the
same error message. It can't be possible that my contacts and notes are more
than 4.9 GB. Therefore I think there must be some problem I am not aware of.
Did any of you ever encounter such a problem backing up to iCloud? If so, how
did you solve this problem?

I appreciate your help or suggestions.

Cheers,
Cris
