The old way is that when you want ot move a app out of a folder, one is supose to flick down an dit iwl find an option move this app out of this folder,dn then one double tap on that option. Tht Poetin use to wrok in IOS 10.1.1 but nwo it does not work in IOS 10.2 Remember the scrap gesture cannot be perforem for everyone k? You know a deafblind user of a display can't perform a scrapgesture, so this is a bug sinc eit was irking before. And that is wa y I like to do it. Yes, I use the scrap gesture now, but that is a difficult command if you re deafblind. I look foward in hearing form you soon. Thanks and God bless!
