Kelly, is the clip of the Surviver Summit designed so that it doesn't block the charging port? I had a regular heavy-duty Griffin Surviver (without the summit word on the end) and while it was a nice case, my biggist issue with it was the clip. If I wanted to charge my phone while walking around, I had to put it in something like a jacket pockit, instead of on my belt in the clip, which I would had greatly prefered. The little rubber flap over the back-facing camera also kind of bugged me, but not nearly so much as that clip.
I'm not quite understanding your explanation of how the phone fits differently in the OtterBox cases versis the Griffin cases. Could you try explaining again?
