Sieghard, I so know what you mean. I've been wanting a waterproof shower speaker for a while now. I'm thinking of getting the Boom Swimmer. It has a tail you can bend to rap around things, az well az a suction cup. I like the tail because I don't have any good surface to stick a suction cup to in my bathroom. I believe the speaker will also let you control tracks as well as volume, so you can do everything from the speaker, and don't have to touch your phone while in the shower. It's surprisingly hard to find a waterproof speaker that lets you control tracks and volume directly from the speaker.
I've also had my iPhone 6S fall in to my toilet! Ugh! I have a little shelf right above the tank of my toilet, and I accidentally yanked the phone off of it via the headphone cable, and splash! I'm so glad it wasn't ruined! The bottom speaker got rather muffled, but I stood it upright so that the water would drain out of it, and it was fine after a little while.
