yes, if you use Writer's proof reading function. It is part of the learning curve, but I found it easy to get used to. Plus, the spell check allows you to find misspelled words and correct one, then go to the next in context, etc. I think it is the best app for editing. There is a good article on Writer in the February AppleVis newsletter. Richard
