Hello group, i have an Iphone 6 64GB purchased in July 2015. Noticed that the phone will randomly shut off sometimes with 11%, 5% 3% battery power remaining. Looked on line at apple's page and my device is not eligible for a battery replacement. Erased all content and settings/ restored the Iphone through Itunes (as new and re-installed the software 10.2.1.) Went to apple store in North ridge a few weeks ago the employee that helped me ran a battery diagnostic showed me that it passed. The girl said it could be hardware related.. I make sure to charge the phone to 100% as often as possible.
What are everyone's thoughts? has anyone else experienced this? my plan since i still have apple care is to replace my 6 with a new Iphone 6 directly from Apple. See if this fixes the issue. -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
