Hello guys, I don't post much on the list, but I do keep an ear out for different things going on in the iOS world. As of a few days ago, I picked up my iPad mini, and started trying to get familiarized with things again. While trying to do this, I think I've encountered a few questions that I thought I would share with y'all, and maybe you guys could help me out.
Firstly, my iPad is telling me that I have a capacity of 12 gigs available, but in actuality it's saying that I have about four point something gigs available. Where do I go to delete and see what all I have on here, and get rid of what I don't want anymore? I know I don't have any videos, I think I have about a gig of music, and the rest is just apps. Secondly, where can I go to lock my screen in portrait mode? I now have my side switch set to unlock and lock the screen from portrait to landscape. However, I thought that there was a way that you could go and lock the screen without using the switch. And finally, how can I see what generation of iPad mini I have? I think it's like a first or second generation, but I'm not sure. And whatever generation it is, for example if it is a first or second, are those still good iPads to have? I really don't want to upgrade, because I primarily use my phone as my every day device. I just figured I would pick up the iPad once again, and start using it a little, since I haven't used it in quite a while except for to DJ off of. Thanks so much for all of your help, Shane.
