Hi Shane, The apps are listed in order, with the one that takes up the most room listed first.
Flick up with two fingers to have VoiceOver start reading at the top of the page and keep going until the end, or flick down with two fingers to have it start at your current location and go to the end. You might want to check out the guides and podcasts at AppleVis (www.applevis.com <http://www.applevis.com/>), among others, or my Getting Started with the iPhone book at National Braille Press (www.nbp.org <http://www.nbp.org/>) for more VoiceOVer commands, or download the manual from the iBooks store.
