This is due to the fact that she uses something like yahoo!, or
google mail. In short of changing the domain, and or provider,
there's nothing she can do....

Also, all messages where the sender's email is displayed in the
"From" field I can use the Jaws 18 key combination Jaws
Key+Shift+R to respond directly to the sender instead of to the
list. In your case since no email is listed that also sends a
reply to the list. Jaws says "replying directly to sender",
but it then shows the viphon email address.
