When I first sent my message, I saw only my email address when one of my posts
showed up on the list. It is a Comcast account and I use WLM. All I did was to
go into the properties of the account and put the email address in the "Reply
To:" field and now I see my name instead of the address on the list.
I don't know if this will work for everyone but it worked for me.

This is due to the fact that she uses something like yahoo!, or google mail. In
short of changing the domain, and or provider, there's nothing she can do....

You should try to figure out why your messages don't display your email address
like all the others. Marie's message says:

Your messages say this:

Also, all messages where the sender's email is displayed in the "From" field I
can use the Jaws 18 key combination Jaws
Key+Shift+R to respond directly to the sender instead of to the
list. In your case since no email is listed that also sends a reply to the
list. Jaws says "replying directly to sender", but it then shows the viphon
email address.
